Flexible Check Design and Printing

For Xero, they see checks as a popular method most businesses use in settling payments. The only downside is that the actual process of printing checks is quite expensive and time consuming.

That is why Xero is adding a new check style editor which will make check printing much more easier!

With this new feature, you can choose from various print layouts, which includes 3-up checks, and be able to print top, middle or even bottom checks with vouchers.

Xero now also supports MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) encoding, allowing you to print checks on blank stock, and a drag-and-drop feature that enables you to customize the style of your checks. There’s a blog in Xero which will help you learn more about this new feature!

Automated Stripe Reconciliation

Yes, you heard it right: No more manual reconciliation for Stripe payments in Xero!

Now, once your amount in Stripe has been imported into Xero’s statement line, the accounting software will automatically match the transactions, allowing you to easily reconcile them with just one click. Learn more about this new feature.

Excel Files for Budgets

Aside from CSV format spreadsheets, you can now also import Excel files into Budgets in Xero.
